Marketing - Marketing / Market Research / instruction/self-help marketing for small business
German term or phrase: Ansprache des Klients
The term was used in a marketing brochure designed for small auto repair shops and seemed to literally indicate "addressing" the customer but upon analysis seemed to mean interfacing, contacting or including in a database. It came from a translation try out that has already been turned in some weeks ago.
