Zündträger

German to English translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Mechanics / Mech Engineering / Ignition spark for battery operation

Can someone suggest a good term for Zündträger? Ignition carrier is what I have found, but that sounds crude to me. Has anyone used it before?

ignition carrier

Explanation:
I think this is the correct term here. A charge carrier in a semiconductor is a commonly used term.

Asker: Hello Kartik, charge carrier may be alright, but ignition carrier doesn't sound too great, ain't it? Have you used ignition carrier before?
