German term or phrase: Anfangseinstellung
Possibly a typo for Anfangseinsettlung.
The term appears in a text for a voiceover for an industrial video, at a point when the time index for the voiceover text goes from 20'47 to 00'00. So I assume it is some kind of synchronization indication, but I don't know the correct terminology.
