Korrektur: "von vorneherein".
Wollte nur darstellen, dass oft "Sectio, Re-Sectio und Re-Re-Sectio" benutzt wird zur Unterscheidung beim ersten, zweiten oder dritten Kaiserschnitt. Zweite und dritte sind dann meistens
Primary (or secondary) "Sectio" (first C-section)
Re-Sectio (second C-section) and even
Re-Re-Sectio (third C-section)
I have never seen "Re-sectio" for a first C-section
