I am translating a blog post about a medical operation (breast augmentation), and I am not exactly sure what "Verschiebeoperationen" in this context means.

„Als Alternative zur herkömmlichen Brustrekonstruktion mit Silikon oder aufwendigen plastischen ***Verschiebeoperationen*** gewinnt zunehmend körpereigenes Fett an Bedeutung.“


Does anybody have any ideas? This is intended for a US target audience.
