Die Abkürzung für Loslassschmerz wäre "LS".

Ich glaube, dass das auf das Gleiche hinauskommt. Mir ist komischerweise jedoch "Rückprallschmerz" geläufiger als "Loslassschmerz", obwohl "Loslassschmerz" häufiger zu finden ist.

Habe ein wenig nachgeforscht und Folgendes gefunden:
Ein tiefes Drücken in den Bauch, das dann gelöst wird, erzeugt einen akuten Rückprallschmerz.

Auf Deutsch wäre das aber "Loslassschmerz".

... this would be a contradiction in terms, except if these are 'Rückenschmerzen, die in den rechten Unterbauch ausstrahlen', which would have been described as such if this were actually the case.

If it is some kind of pain, "punktuell" means "localised".
