I would translate 'Distanzieren der Blase' with 'moving the bladder'. I don't think the bladder has been removed..

nach dem unteren Körperende oder nach dem unteren Ende eines Organs zu gelegen

Kaudal bedeutet "schwanzwärts", d.h. "zum Steißbein (Os coccygis) hin" orientiert. Das Gegenteil von kaudal ist kranial.

Steißbein = coccyx

Or moving the bladder away towards the coccyx.. depending on the context
