German term

weiterhin am ehesten

Vielen Dank!

Nice construction Andrew :-)... that might just work!
Non-ProZ.com Feb 28, 2005:
Thanks Fantutti, I think what they are trying to say is that the changes continue to be reactive, most likely. But I cant get all the elements into a coherent sentence..... Im not sure I can write "as already mentioned" since this refers to a different MRT done about 5 months later

Just a try. Hope it helps.

agree Lancashireman : Yes, it looks like the doctor thinks: "The most likely diagnosis continues to be..." but that further tests in 3 months may be more conclusive.

Nice one, Andrew! Thank you!!
agree Johanna Timm, PhD : seh ich auch so: increased findings compared to the initial examination; those findings seem to point to chronic inflammatory conditions[....] and also to reactive changes

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Thank you all!!! I almost took Andrews solution, but then I had second thoughts if these findings would qualify as diagnosis. In the end I decided on "Continued changes most likely reactive in nature", taking a bit from everyone...."
