Findings section says: "komplikationsloser Verlauf,... Roentgen: anatomische Frakturstellung, regelrechte Lage des Osteosynthesematerials."

Frakturstellung here seems to mean something like the setting or alignment of the fracture. I'm looking for a good English equivalent. Thanks in advance.
