But basically I think it must be a sort of acronym for the insurance ... together with Kard ...

But regarding KARD --> Kardiologie:
Do you know from your text that this was a patient\'s hospital history of a cardiological disease / in the department of cardiology? This is of course a very important information - also for KUDOZ peers! In this case, HUKR is most probably the acronym of the hospital ... HU(?) Krankenhaus.

My recommendation for these medical invoices is to watch for hints from the hospital itself on the acronym explanation, if any; if there are no such explanations, I - personally - would not hesitate to ask for these special acronyms, even at the hospital (accounting department) itself.

I checked several web pages, also dept. of cardiology, but have no idea about the RS abbreviation.
