Medical - Medical: Health Care / Medical billing
German term or phrase: BK (inkl.)
In a German medical bill, BK (inkl.) is a column heading. The heading to the left of it is AK (inkl.), the meaning of which I'm asking in another question.
There are no entries in the report I'm working on under the BK (inkl.) heading, but I still would appeciate it if anyone knows what this is an abbreviation of and/or what it means in English.

disagree  Merry Foxworth: I think allgemeine Kosten and Besondere Kosten, suggested under AK, makes more sense.
