  -> Yes, Einwaage and Auswaage can be initial and final weight respectively, and that is probably the meaning in the first instance (Einwaage Nachmischung), but here I don't think so.

neutral  Cilian O'Tuama: That's the more common meaning alright, but in Zusammenhang mit "zentrale"? For example, "Produktion" can mean the process/act of producing, but can also be where (lab/department etc.) it is carried out.
