German term or phrase: sich einer festen Mahlzeit widmen
This is about a nutritional drink that you are supposed to take before exercise, to help you get rid of fat and regenerate muscles. Then it says:

Zu Hause angekommen können Sie sich nun einer festen Mahlzeit widmen.

My attempt:
When you get home, you can have a real meal.

Somehow I think that's not right.

Thanks in advance,
Susan

enjoy a solid meal
Explanation:
as opposed to "liquid meal"

You can have a liquid meal closer to your event than a solid meal because your stomach digests liquids faster.

You definitely should be getting in a solid meal about an hour after your shake though so you do not end up hungry a short while after.
