We are in the context of gastronomy.
The following sentence appears in a letter of recommendation issued by a hotel restaurant, which is to be translated for a US-american audience:

"Auch im Restaurant x erledigte er alle ihm aufgetragenen Tätigkeiten im Gruppenservice und auch im à la carte Bereich zur vollsten Zufriedenheit."

I would appreciate any suggestions for Gruppenbereich in this sentence, since my own solutions seem to be a little akward and are probably not the parlance of gastronomy.
