If it is the name of the association, I would be inclined to leave it in German and provide an explanation in English, as in the following example:
The itinerary included visits to Austria\'s largest organic farmers association \'Ernte Verband\', two agricultural schools \"Tullnerbach\" near Vienna and \"Alt Grottenhof\" near Graz, three distinctly different organic farms with emphasis on respectively horticultural production, mixed farming and dairy farming, and one organic milling/agro-processing facility.
