How would you guys call this in British English?
The problem is, where I went to university, there was the diploma and then there was a plain old overview of the grades/report card. IN germany, there often is a Diplomurkunde AND the Diplomzeugnis.

... was what it was called in my university anyway. There was the degree certificate and an official transcript, which detaled the breakdown of grades for individual courses.

diploma
the difference between urkunde and zeugnis is that the zeugnis is more detailed and the urkunde is more for display

That would be my first thought. Diplom can quite often be translated as "degree".
But "diploma certificate" might also be possible.
But "diploma certificate" might also be possible.

Well, they both mean "certificate". But the "Zeugnis" is more likely to be the document that shows the results, I'll grant you. It's still a kind of certificate in its own right, though.
