neutral  Aniello Scognamiglio (X): "by" ist korrekt, aber warum "to" im zweiten Falle? Da ist m.E. auch "by" anzuwenden. Du brauchst nur das "den" wegzulassen (wohl versehendlich reingerutscht), also "nach Ländern".
