This is from a Leistungbeschreibung for contractors installing electrical equipment at a Biodiesel plant producing diesel from raw oil:

Besondere Bedingungen bei Ex-Zertifikaten (TÜV, PTB-Bescheinigungen oder Installationsvorschriften.

I think this relates to safety certification regarding work in potentially explosive areas but am not sure of the English equivalent.
