Document on an adopted child in Switzerland. Am not familiar with how the church system operates in Switzerland - so am unsure about this one. Thanks!

Christian community/parish within the reformed state/national church
Explanation:
This Christian community/parish within the reformed state/national church is a movement, in which families take part with their children.

Weather you live in Switzerland, Austria or Germany, -- it does not matter, you automatically belong to either the catholic or protestant church, unless you officially left it. Even in the na-tional / state churches there exist different ideas, ideals, attitudes in way of interpreting the bible, how the congregation does their business etc…, that differs from the "official view"!

agree  Victor Dewsbery: "Christian fellowship (or: local church) within ..." In an adoption report the relevant point is probably the family involvement, and that the child is actually involved in the life of this church.// For me, "parish" is a geographical term.

-> i think the passage is really talking about entire parishes, where Christian fellowship naturally plays an important role. regards EHvP

agree  Rachel Ward: with Victor - "fellowship"

agree  Robert Kleemaier: But for a Reformed congregation I would avoid the use of 'parish'.
