German term or phrase: # 1 - 12 cm vorverl & # 2 - 22 cm vorverlegt
Can someone please translate these German words? I'm searching a motorcyle accessory dealer on the web & these terms appear on their pricing & spec. page. I know "cm" references a lineal length, but I'm unsure of the words themselves. Thank You

English translation:advanced
Explanation:
vorverlegen: in Richtung früh /nach früh verstellen = advance [the ignition timing to an earlier setting]. (Schmitt/Pons: Fachwörterbuch der KFZ-Technik). Does this fit your context? --- (It's a little hard to visualize how such a listing would help you in a search for a dealer).

Thanks Tom. I am looking for an aftermarket forward control kit for my 1996 Virago. A forward control kit extends the driver foot pegs, shift peg & brake control further in front of the driver for more comfort on long trips. 12 cm would be approx. 4 3/4" further forward & 22 cm would mean an extension of approx. 8 3/4". Once again thank you, I appreciate your help. Gary / Boise / Idaho
