German term

ETG-Nr.

German to English Tech/Engineering
This appears in a table.

The four columns have the following titles:

1. Fahrzeughersteller:
2. Typ:
3. ABE-Nr. bzw ETG-Nr.: -> Einzelbetriebserlaubnisse
4. Handelsbezeichnung

ABE would be the Allgemeine Betriebserlaubnis(General Type Approval No). Cannot figure out what the ETG-Nr. could be?

Thanks in advance

VDE ist der Verband der Elektrotechnik, Elektronik und Informationstechnik

i.e. an official body, like the TÜV, so it wouldn\'t be translated
i.e. ETG No.

Energietechnische Gesellschaft

This may be what it is, it depends on the context. The ETG is a part of the VDE, see Ref.
