Druckanstieg ??
Explanation:
The German in some of the examples you've been quoting is rather unorthodox (to put it kindly), so I'm wondering if this could be Druckanstieg. In spoken German, it would sound very much like Druckanstich.
No hits at all on Druckanstich, and your context would certainly support Druckanstieg = rise / increase in pressure
See if it fits.

Druckanstieg m, -erhöhung f / rise o. increase of pressure
Druckanstieg m, Druck-Wiederanstieg m / build-up n
[Ernst]
Druckanstieg m
pressure rise, pressure increase
[Siemens, Energie- & Automatisierungstechnik]

Pressure-induced tapping

Explanation:
'Anstich' is tapping of a melting pot or blast furnace. I haven't come across 'Druckanstich' before but it could be a method of tapping.
