German term or phrase: Abklatschtest/Abklatschprobe
The term "Abklatschtest" appears in a text concerning the ISO 9001 inspection of Clean Room facilities in a pharmaceutical production facility.

Also, I would be grateful for suggestions regarding the following phrase: "Formatteilen müssen anschließend ausgebaut werden."

Thanks very much,

Harold

contact test
Explanation:
This is the word I use in my pharmaceutical texts. I have also heard "impression test" or "impression preparation"

As for the other part of the question, I would need more context, but it sounds like they might be filling out or creating a computer form to document the inspection??

pick-off test

Explanation:
Ernst (WB d. Technik) suggests pick-off test. A google search resulted in a few hits, amongst others these Alucobond specifications:
Coating shall adhere tightly to metal when subjected to #600 Scotch Tape pick-off test.
Hope this is what you are looking for!
As for "Formatteile", I 'm not sure what is meant: maybe sizing parts?( many google hits).
Good luck!
