no context, it's a list of parts. The part belongs to a silo maintenance unit which looks a little like a crane by which a person can be lowered into the silo--I suspect the Zweiseil-Treibscheibenwinde is what attaches him to the arm of the crane. Not sure though.

That's part two, according to Langenscheidt/Schmitt Technik. I would imagine adding "double cable" up front would do the business.

thank you. I don't know if that was a hint Kim but I already realize I should own one of those Langenscheidt Technik. Maybe I'll get one for Christmas...
I think I'll use dual instead of double--it just sounds better doesn't it?
