no context, it's a list of parts. The part belongs to a silo maintenance unit which looks a little like a crane by which a person can be lowered into the silo--I suspect the Zweiseil-Treibscheibenwinde is what attaches him to the arm of the crane. Not sure though.

I think I'll use dual instead of double--it just sounds better doesn't it?
