Führungssäule = guide pillar

Explanation:
Ernst, Wörterbuch der industriellen Technik gives guide pillar for Führungssäule, specifically for the context of Stanzerei. (Sounds kind of literal, doesn't it?, but Routledge gives the same term).
I could not find anything on Reihenschritt, but would venture a guess that something with the term "sequential" or possibly "series" might work; maybe sequential stepper, if it is a piece that puts the cards in some sort of order. HTH!

Explanation:
I have a technical dictionary for Kunststofftechnik, which offers guide or (guide) column or pillar for Fuehrungssaeule. Unfortunately, none of my dictionaries offer a solution for Reihenschritt, but my guess is that it refers maybe to a sequence or a sequential "mechanism". More context would really help to cast light on the possible meaning or finding a way around the problem. Good luck!

Explanation:
This is one possible meaning for Reihenschritt. This would be the distance of one cutting line to the next. Check the context and see if it could be of the size as the width or length of the finished card.
