checking contents of folders / empty folder check Explanation: I think this is a routine that checks all of the folder names in a selmected memor space (C-drive, D-drive, etc.) to check whether they contain any doucments. This is a usual clean-up function for IT managers, so as to make sure that a) excessive space is not taken by empty folders and b) the structuire does not become overly complicated. The "Unterlagen: Reoportliste" would be a report that lists all the documents under the name of each folder, probably showing the full path, like C:\MyDocuments\Correspondence\ABC Company etc. HTH |
