In production/manufacturing environement "Takt" means a "machine cycle" or a "part of a machine cycle". The reproducibility can concern mechanical or electrical or time parameters. Here the timing aspect is certainly the most important (just like for your microwave oven : the position and the rotation speed of the plate does not matter to much.
