Explanation:
Programlieferung=fixed power usage delivery (or plan)
Bandlieferung=variable power usage delivery (or plan)
Bilanzkreis = balanced circuit. The first URL explains how the power fed into a balanced circuit must be = the usage. There is a power generation company that supplies to the utility, that supplies the end user. The generation company makes up the deviations from the planned consumption of power by the utility for the balance.

general terms and conditions of business

Explanation:
Nina, I can't offer any help with the technical material, but I can say that I think "general" works better than "standard" with terms (and conditions) of business. Romain gives "general terms and conditions of trade." I think "business" is suitable, as well. In fact, a query on Northern Light yielded numerous hits for "general terms and conditions of business." As for "general terms and conditions of trade," I'm sure they're out there, but I couldn't find hits that didn't actually say "business, "sale" or "use" instead of "trade" in the few minutes I spent looking.

Good luck with the rest.

Explanation:
Here's a starter, you have lots of terms.
First, it is important to know that the terms as used are rather in the vernacular, not too scientific. Netz is the power grid, the system that belongs to the city or whomever. So
Netzebene is the power grid level. (As in, "At this level"...)
MWh= Megawatt hours, a unit of energy the companies bill us by. Netznutzung= power usage (actually the energy used). Übertragungsdienstleistung=power service delivered. Durchleitung = "usage". (These last 3 are all the same thing, namely what you pay for.) Einspeisepunkt = feeder point (Ernst+) Entnahmepunkt = usage point. Will have to look up the others. For now, Nancy
