Es scheint sich hier um eine unglückliche Formulierung in der deutschen Fassung zu handeln, da "permanent" normalerweise im Sinne von "auf Dauer" verwendet wird. In dem oben genannten Zusammenhang wird es jedoch stattdessen als ein Synonym für "jederzeit" eingesetzt. Zur Vorbeugung von Mißverständnissen sollte die deutsche Version entsprechend überarbeitet werden.
