Selected

betwixt, stretching between, spanning, straddling, etc.

"...promise a vacation ("a holiday" in the UK) betwixt tradition and modernity"

or "spanning tradition and modernity"

or "stretching between tradition and modernity"

etc.

Getting out of this mold, you can also say:

"where you can enjoy both tradition and modernity"

or "where you can find tradition and modernity side by side"

etc.

somewhere

its just a suggestion, but why not simplify the all thing by saying :

...promise a holiday somewhere between tradition and the modern...

Good luck!
