German to English Law/Patents Transport / Transportation / Shipping short form
In a letter written by the Austrian police department for traffic regarding the driver's license of XX, it says:

"Im Zentralnachweis scheint derzeit keine Entziehung auf und bestehen von ha. auch sonst keine Bedenken gegen die Ausstellung eines neuen Fuehrerscheines."

What does ha. stand for? How do you translate this?
