Je ne suis pas sûr du tout, mais il existe en France au moins un cas de direction assurée par des personnes étrangères à l'entreprise : les RÉGIES. Ce sont le plus souvent des personnalités du secteur privé qui viennent diriger des sociétés de droit public (ex. : RATP).
