Polieren Sie die Kabelenden
Legen Sie ein Stück Karton auf den Tisch, halten Sie das Kabelende senkrecht und machen Sie ca 250 Achterbewegungen pro Ende.

Polieren? Vu ce qu'il faut faire, j'ai pense "pôler", "polariser" peut-être? Qu'en pensez-vous?
