Je termine la traduction d'un catalogue grand public sur des sols stratifiés où il est spécifié que le panneau support est **quellungsarm**.
Je ne pense pas qu'il s'agisse "d'hydrofuge" ni d'imperméabilité ; le traducteur anglais a utilisé le terme "low-swelling" - pour info.

_résistant au gonflement_ ne me convainc pas: la force agissante à laquelle il faut résister n'est pas le gonflement (effet), mais l'humidité (cause)
