et je tradurais par
Gril pivotant suspendu - pivotant tout seul me semble pas assez explicite.

ou \"Barbecue à grille suspendue\", ce qui correspondrait mieux, étant donné que ce n\'est pas tout l\'engin qui est suspendu, mais uniquement le support de cuisson - à qui on donne de temps en temps de petits coups pour le faire tourner. Très convivial.... :-)
