Un essai de reformulation qui est, à mon humble avis, effectivement nécessaire...

Le problème dans la phrase allemande c'est que "angehören" appelle un cplt au datif et que ce cas n'apparaît pas sur le relatif "deren". En revanche, le "der" dans "der Vorstandssprecher" est correct (puisque sujet de "angehört") mais troublant, je l'avoue ;O)
