(Luegen-) Geschichten erzaehlen Explanation: Kaept'n Blaubaer ist eine Fantasiefigur. Es gibt seine Geschichten in Buechern und im Fernsehen. Er liebt es, seinen drei Neffen (erfundene und uebertriebene, unmoegliche) Geschichten zu erzaehlen. Seemannsgarn spinnen bedeutet, eben dies zu tun. Ich denke, der Begriff kommt daher, dass Seemaenner wirklich viele Geschichten erzaehlen, bei denen man nie sicher sein kann, ob sie wahr oder erfunden sind. |
