Dans le passage suivant :
"Auf kürzestem Weg kommen die Trauben in die moderne *Kelterstation* von XXX. Bei der Anlieferung wird noch einmal geprüft, ob sie den strengen Qualitätsvorgaben entsprechen. Auch in der Presse wird mit größter Sorgfalt gearbeitet. Die Beeren werden schonend entsaftet. Alle Vorzüge, die die Trauben aus dem Weingarten mitbringen, bleiben im Most erhalten."

que j'ai rendu ainsi :
"Les raisins sont acheminés le plus rapidement possible dans le pressoir de XXX. Lors de la livraison, il est encore une fois vérifié qu’ils correspondent aux standards de qualité rigoureux. Le travail est également effectué avec le plus grand soin dans le pressoir. Les baies sont tamisées avec précaution. Toutes les qualités que les raisins apportent du vignoble sont conservées dans le moût."

Existe-t-il un autre terme pour désigner "Kelterstation" en français hormis "pressoir", sachant que le texte source utilise également "Presse" plus loin dans le passage ci-dessus ?
