Sto traducendo un contratto di fornitura di servizi di hospitality durante un evento sportivo e nella descrizione del tendone che deve essere allestito dal fornitore come Hospitality, compare il termine *Rücklaufbereich* che da quel che capisco dal contesto dovrebbe essere "il retro dell'Hospitality" cioè dove stanno gli addetti ai lavori per preparare e organizzare il catering. Qualcuno sta dirmi il termine esatto che si usa in italiano per indicare quest'area.
