si tratta di un testo svizzero: vorrei capire se posso tradurre con "gelato" o con questo termine in Svizzera si intendono anche per esempio i semifreddi o altri dessert al cucchiaio da preparare/conservare in congelatore....

Winterzeit ist... Glacézeit! Aber sicher doch! Was gibt es schöneres, als in eine warme Wolldecke gehüllt vor dem offenen Kaminfeuer zu sitzen und Glacé zu essen? Genau: Selbst gemachtes Glacé essen. Wir sind erklärte Fans von XXX, einer gesunden und extrem schmackhaften Glacé-Variante, die man ganz einfach aus Bananen herstellen kann. Dazu schneidet man die Bananen in Scheiben, friert sie im Tiefkühler durch, und gibt sie dann, zum Beispiel mit einem Klacks Erdnussbutter, frischen Früchten oder Nüssen in einen Standmixer. Fertig!
