agree  smarinella: lasdcerei senz'altro in tedesco (l'ho incontrato spesso, anche in danese, perché il piatto non è tedesco) e l'ho sempre lasciato in lingua originale, spiegando tra parentesi che è una specie budino (chi ha detto che dev'essere caldo?) ai frutti di bosco

ziemlich schwer, eine ital. uebersetzung zu finden; wuerde auf jeden fall budino und (besonders) macedonia nicht annehmen. dann lieber das deutsches wort.
