Direi che la traduzione è corretta. Tra le condizioni di vendita di un importatore di legname ho trovato la seguente clausola:
Die Verkäufer sind nicht verantwortlich für die Nichtlieferung oder Verzögerung, falls solche durch Feuer, (...) verursacht sind oder die Unmöglichkeit eintritt, Frachtraum zu erhalten, in welchem Falle die Verkäufer von der Leistungspflicht entbunden sind.
Considerati i grandi spazi di cui necessitano per movimentare il legname ed evidentemente un'offerta limitata scatta questa concorrenza per ottenere tali spazi. Per avere questa clausola nelle condizioni generali di vendita il problema sarà certamente molto sentito...Ciao
