Il minimo è quello stabilito dal contratto nazionale, il superminimo è quello che l'azienda ti dà in più.

Superminimo aziendale - E' un aumento contrattato tra il datore di lavoro e la rappresentanza sindacale della propria azienda, e vale per tutti i lavoratori. Puo' essere uguale per tutti o diversificato a seconda dei vari livelli funzionali del personale.

il Tarifvertrag corrisponde (in genere) al nostro contratto nazionale.
