Nello stesso articolo specifico su imposte (Steuern) e tasse/contributi (Abgaben), si fa riferimento rispettivamente allo Steuerrecht (diritto tributario) e all'Abgabenrecht (???).
Abgabenordnung è il codice tributario tedesco, ma mi trovo in difficoltà: traducendo anche "Abgabenrecht" con "diritto tributario" si creerebbe una sovrapposizione, e sono restia a usare "legislazione fiscale" visto che poco prima si parla di "nichtsteuerliche Abgaben"...

Grazie, anche se in realtà tutti i dizionari che ho consultato non fanno differenze, in questo caso ho adottato questa soluzione: Steuerrecht = diritto fiscale, Abgabenrecht = diritto tributario, Steuer- und Abgabenrecht = diritto fiscale e tributario.

Asker: Infatti, è proprio questo il problema! Il peggio è che a volte i due termini sono affiancati (Steuer- und Abgabenrecht). Non mi resta che affidarmi a questa soluzione (diritto fiscale - diritto tributario), anche se un po' artificiosa. Del resto, tramite EUR-LEX ho trovato documenti in cui è stata adottata la stessa strategia. Grazie!
