Devi stare attento se si parla di un debito quantificato in soldi (una certa somma di denaro)[penso che sia questo il caso, dato che ci si riferisce a banche]o se si tratta di un onere (impegni che il proprietario del terreno si assume tipo: diritto di passo, servitù prediali...). Sono sicura perché ho tradotto a Dicembre un'azione legale incentrata su un "Grundschuld)

Explanation:
Il Troike Strambaci dice chiaramente che c'è una differenza tra la normativa tedesca e quella italiana, così 'garanzia reale' mi pare più appropriato.
Il Conte Boss dice che è simile all'ipoteca ma non legato ad un credito specifico, come invece avviene nel caso dell'ipoteca.
