Das Weisungswesen eines Unternehmens umfasst und regelt alle internen Anweisungen und dokumentiert dadurch sämtliche Prozesse. Bei Banken spielt es eine zentrale Rolle, da diese besonders strengen Regularien unterworfen sind und bei jeder Prüfung nachweisen müssen, aufgrund welcher Handlungsanweisungen ein Mitarbeiter welche Aktivitäten durchgeführt hat.
