Explanation:
in Germania non esistono né amministratori di condominio né portieri come da noi; gli Hausverwalter sono impiegati di enormi aziende che si occupano appunto di Hausverwaltung cioè di gestione immobili in senso lato (fitto, manutenzione ecc.)

Se metti solo amministratori - senza condominio - si può rendere un po' l'idea
