ci sono! Abnahmen sono le consegne degli appartamenti stessi quando finisce il contratto di affitto...

noi diciamo sempre consegne, in entrambi i casi, in tedesco no.

Lima un po\' la cosa in italiano, il senso è quello..

forse potresti dire: ritiri degli appartamenti e riconsegne ai nuovi inquilini o qualcosa del genere
