il tedesco "bau-" in questo contesto non si trova mai in italiano, il termine "fisico-tecnico" invece, dove "tecnico" sostituisce particamente il "bau-", quasi a "bizeffe".

Direi quindi "fisic-tecnico" (= i raccordi e collegamenti (in italiano possono essere entrambe le cose) al corpo strutturale devono essere conformi ai requisiti fisco-tecnici richiesti in merito/specificati/ecc.).
