Explanation: Jeżeli obejmuje ono uprawnienia wynikające z prawa cywilnego, to zostałabym przy mocodawcy-pełnomocniku. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 30 Min. (2006-05-23 10:33:37 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Znalazłam pełnomocnictwo którego ostatnio sama udzielałam przed polskim notariuszem i mowa jest o "pełnomocnictwie", osobie umocowanej lub pełnomocniku, a ja jestem określona jako "stawiająca się" !!! Nie wiem czy o to dokładnie Ci chodziło... |
